Kimberly A. Harchuck is a seasoned attorney specializing in Intellectual Property and Internet Law, with extensive experience leading anti-counterfeiting campaigns and shaping legal discourse on intellectual property rights. As a partner at Holihan & Harchuck, Kimberly’s approach combines innovative strategies with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by global brands.
Kimberly’s academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Mount Union College and a J.D. from Barry University School of Law, where she collaborated on groundbreaking research and authored a dissertation on copyright law and cultural dynamics. She later earned an LL.M. from the University of Akron School of Law’s Center for Intellectual Property Law & Technology, contributing to federal copyright policy through her published works.
Kimberly’s professional experience spans roles with media giants NPR and PBS, as well as prominent law firms where she honed her expertise in internet law, trademark and copyright procurement, and data security. Her thought leadership includes authoring scholarly articles, presenting at conferences, and teaching continuing legal education courses.
Kimberly is a member of the International Trademark Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, and the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers. She is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
